Open Week and Open Evening

At SPHS Sixth Form we are proud of our senior students and the contribution they make to our school and wider community. For those in our own Year 11, and those currently in other schools, we encourage you to visit and attend our Open Week and Open Evening to find out how we can help you fulfil your goals, why being part of the Green army is so unique and ultimately to help you decide whether studying with us is a good fit for your future.
Our motto is Unlock Your Potential, and when you visit you will see this is action in classrooms, sports fields, drama and music studios and around the wider school.
We will be running an open week this year running from Monday 17th November to Wednesday 19th November. You will be able to have a tour of the school and look in on sixth form lessons and our learning centre. This will conclude with a brief presentation from the Head of Sixth Form, Mr Fullerton.

Additionally, every year we run an open evening in June. This is when the school really shows who we are, with everything that is amazing about us, all involving our students, are on full display. Our open evening is designed for both current Year 11 students (entry September 2026) and current Year 10 students (entry September 2027). This year’s open evening will take place on Thursday 11th June between 5.30pm and 7.30pm. There is no booking required, and we will be delighted to welcome you all to our school!
